Details

The monthly payment is an instalment of the total price for the programme period — total value until the end of the programme: €{{ gesamtQ }} instead of €{{ gesamtQOhne }} (welcome discount included). Early termination via the Flex switch option: €15 per remaining month; the exact conditions are set out in the contract terms. After {{ progEnde }}, the contract continues at the same fee and can then be cancelled monthly (one month’s notice to the end of a month).

Frequently asked questions

What happens during the summer holidays?

We keep dancing: during the holidays we offer special SmartDance summer workshops every week — they are included in the fee, on the Flex plan just as in the school-year programme. Dates and conditions of participation will be announced in good time.

How do I cancel the Flex plan?

With one month’s notice to the end of a month. Example: if your notice reaches us on 15 August, the contract ends on 30 September. For it to end on 31 August, we must receive your notice by 31 July at the latest.

Can I end the school-year programme early?

Yes, via the Flex switch option: you pay the Flex surcharge of €15 per remaining month and are then free to leave early. The exact conditions are set out in the contract terms.

My child is changing school or daycare — what now?

Just get in touch. If there is a SmartDance class at the new location, the place moves with your child — otherwise we will find a fair solution together.

How does advance payment work?

You pay for the remaining programme period up to 31 August in a single payment and save 5%. The advance payment covers the entire booked period; refunds in the event of early termination are only made where required by law or expressly agreed.
